This 41-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown to discuss having breast implant exchange surgery. She had a spontaneous rupture of her left breast implant a few months before seeing Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown discussed upgrading to silicone implants because of her thin skin envelope. She underwent left capsule modification and placement of bilateral submuscular 350cc Mentor Moderate Plus Profile Smooth Round Memory Gel Implants. She is shown here nine months after surgery.
