Breast Implant Exchange – Case 7416

This 55-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown to discuss having breast augmentation revision surgery. Her first breast augmentation was performed in 1993 by another surgeon. She originally had saline implants beneath the pectoralis muscle inflated to 320cc’s. She wished to have larger breasts that were more full at the top of her breasts as well as better cleavage. Dr. Brown took her to the operating room and removed her saline implants by revising the pockets to accommodate new silicone implants. Dr. Brown placed Allergan style 45 high profile silicone implants with a 650cc volume into each breast pocket. She now has excellent fullness over the upper poles of her breasts with a much better shape to her cleavage and overall breast.
