This 20-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown requesting a Breast Augmentation. In her pre-operative front view picture, she shows a smaller right breast and nipple-areolar complex with a less defined breast crease. She selected Mentor moderate plus profile 450cc smooth round silicone implants. They were placed behind the muscle utilizing a trans-axillary endoscopic technique. This approach allows for placement of the implant through an armpit incision and there is no scar on the breast itself. Note she did not require different sized implants to correct her size discrepancy because it was such a small difference.
