This 46-year-old female patient came to Dr. Brown to discuss having a breast reduction. Her large breasts caused her back and neck pain. She was not interested in upper pole fullness, which would have required a breast implant. She desired a moderate reduction and lift to her breasts. After surgery, her symptoms completely resolved and she is very happy with her result. She is shown here one year after the breast reduction procedure.
