To achieve the best results, you want to make sure that you have the best recovery possible. There are a few restrictions you should adhere to during your recovery. Luckily, rhinoplasty recovery is usually quite quick compared to other surgeries.

During your consultation and pre-operative appointments, we will discuss in detail what you can expect from your procedure and recovery. However, in general, you should abide by these guidelines:

  • Do not shower until Dr. Brown removes your splint
  • Avoid bathtubs, hot-tubs, and swimming pools until cleared by Dr. Brown
  • Avoid strenuous activity for 4-6 weeks. Dr. Brown will clear you for these activities
  • Wait to travel by air or long distances by car until after your splint is removed

To learn more about what you can expect from your rhinoplasty procedure and recovery, please contact Dr. Richard Brown or call 480-568-3804 today to schedule your consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon in the Phoenix area.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
