Am I a Good Liposuction Candidate?

Must Have Realistic Expectations

Good Health

Another requirement for liposuction is that the person is in good health both physically and mentally. If you have had any medical issues in the past, you should discuss it with Dr. Brown. With all surgery procedures, If you have had issues in the past, you may have surgery with medical clearance your doctor. All of these conditions can negatively impact the outcome of the procedure.

Drugs and Medications

Those who are taking certain drugs that may increase the risk of bleeding such as aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or anticoagulants should be discontinued at least 2 weeks before surgery. This is something that Dr. Brown will discuss with you when you book your surgery
